With how popular mindset work has gotten, it's become common to jump straight to solution-mode..but what if your body needs more time to process the thing?

This can come up as coaches, too - rushing the results of your clients, so that you (as the coach) can feel better about your own skills and expertise.

This can be problematic especially when it comes to healing because healing is not linear. There’s no time stamp that says when your client should be “over something.” You can be doing all the right things with your client and they might not get a single “result” while working with you..because there’s always an integration period.
