From $0 to $100K Months: How to Master the Mental Game of Entrepreneurship ft. Meredith Hudson

In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Meredith Hudson, founder of Sideline Bags, to talk about what it really takes to go from $0 to $100K months and the mindset shifts that make it possible.

We unpack her journey from corporate to entrepreneurship, the failed first attempt that led to her current success, and how approaching business with less pressure and more strategy changed everything.

If you’re building something on the side, navigating a pivot, or learning how to trust your path, this one’s for you.

Here’s what we explore together:

  • Why her first business didn’t work and how those lessons directly led to Sideline Bags

  • The mindset shift from pressure to detachment and why it led to better decisions and growth

  • How to build a business while working full time and use it to your advantage

  • The power of niching down and building brand awareness through organic content

  • What it really looks like to scale, hit $100K months, and navigate the challenges that come with it

If you’ve ever questioned your path or felt like things weren’t working fast enough, this episode will remind you that nothing is wasted and everything is leading you exactly where you’re meant to be.

More about Meredith:
Meredith Hudson is the founder of Sideline Bags, a rapidly growing brand designed specifically for female athletes. A former Division I field hockey player at Yale, Meredith built the company after recognizing a simple but overlooked problem: there was nothing designed specifically for female athletes when it came to the gear they carried around.   Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Meredith spent 20 years in ad tech sales, building and scaling high-performing teams at companies like Roku, Snapchat, Amazon, and Google. She recently made the leap from corporate to full-time founder, channeling her competitive athlete mindset and revenue-driving expertise into scaling Sideline Bags.
