Breathe, Meditate & Journal is a live mindfulness class designed to help you unplug from the outside world to reconnect back to your personal power. This experience will support you in stepping into your highest self and reaching a peak performance state through meditation, breathwork, journal exercises, mindset tools, and embodied leadership/confidence.

Location: Midtown Commons

Materials: Please bring a mat, journal/pen, water for hydration & an eye mask (optional only if it helps you drop in deeper!) This experience is designed to nourish your mind + body + soul, so show up as you are & get ready to simply receive!
